WIND FORCE  (Level 4)

Wind force is the element of “Unstoppable Power.”

  Wind is the element of high consciousness.  This is the element of the compassion and no fight intention.

The training of Wind element is focus on escaping and teaches the circular movement to evade an attacker's strength while capturing & redirecting momentum.

1) General Qi Gong                                      -           Energy Circulation and Flexibility

4) Wind Force in Action:

                       Body movement:         Feel the momentum of the circular movement, rolling and                                                                       break fall, forward, backwards & sideways, rotations.

                       Defence technique:    Grappling, throwing, choking, and joint locks.
